SER Trucking Owner, Hiram Silva’s Family Reminisces Him As a Loving Father!

The recent Waianae chaos involved a firearm incident that took the lives of three and fatally injured two during a dispute at a graduation party. Hiram, the owner of the Waianae property, was identified as the individual behind the rampage.

The 59-year-old entrepreneur, Hiram, used a front loader to damage cars and released several projectiles. Amid the chaos, Silva was attacked by a 42-year-old resident, and he lost his life.

Upon arrival, Police discovered that five people sustained firearm wounds, among which three of the five victims couldn’t make it.

Three of the five victims were women: Courtney Raymond-Arakaki, 34, Cherell Keamo, 36, and Jessyca Amasiu, 29.

Whereas the surviving victims are a 35-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman. Amid the chaos, Hiram took his last breath from a fatal firearm wound by a 42-year-old resident.

Philip Ganaban, a neighbor, never saw him as a threat despite sometimes having rowdy parties on his property!

Following the tragic incident, Hiram’s family are grieving his loss. They addressed him as someone who always prioritized his family over everything.

The 58-year-old Hiram’s family described him as “a loving father and a family man.” However, details surrounding his kins remain concealed as little to no information about them is available.

Hiram’s family members described him as someone who took pride in his property and trucking business, SER Trucking. However, his business was not without controversy.

The entrepreneur’s property had been the subject of multiple complaints from neighbors, particularly during the pandemic.

Hiram reportedly rented out a large building on his land for often loud parties. Eventually, these events led to his habit of illegal dumping, which led to growing tensions with his neighbors.

Likewise, the city agency previously reportedly fined his company, SER Trucking, $550 for operating a trucking company on agriculturally zoned land.

He was quiet and reserved and had a unique way of handling situations. That said, he did have another less comforting side.

Neighbors reported that Hiram often displayed unpredictable behavior, such as using a spotlight to intimidate others.

These actions were troubling; having said that, they never considered his acts a direct threat until the day of the incident.

Philip Ganaban, a neighbor familiar with Silva, described him as “a quiet guy.” He occasionally threw loud parties but never in his wildest dreams thought he’d take this step.
