Illia ‘Golem’ Yefimchyk reportedly consumed 300g of rolled oats for breakfast and had 108 sushi pieces for lunch, which included 1600g of rice and 800g of salmon.
For his second lunch, he consumed 1300g of beef, crepes, and ice cream. In the afternoon, he ate fresh pasta with rice and olives and then more pasta with cheese.
Moreover, he later enjoyed another 1300g of beef with cottage cheese or ricotta. His day concluded with 14 pancakes topped with maple syrup.
As Muscle & Fitness reported, he was recorded to have bench-pressed 600 pounds and deadlifted 700 pounds.
Golem, famous for his large muscles, complied with a strict (train) schedule, which helped him develop those muscles.
